Serving the Hospitality Industry

Hospitality by definition is the welcoming of strangers and offering them food, shelter and safety. The three basic components of physical life, freely offered to traveling strangers.
Today the hospitality industry has grown in leaps and bounds and is no longer an expected service, but a pay as you want service. To expand the reach of the basic offering above it now includes venues such as Hotels, Motels, Inns, Resorts, Bed and Breakfasts, Personal Accommodations, Bars, Cafes, Nightclubs, Pubs and more. In our view unless they offer all three they are not truly part of the Hospitality Industry but simply pieces of the whole.
Today one would need to include the words Opulent, Entertainment and Intimate. It is easy to get caught up in the crush, or lost, when one paints with such a broad stroke!
